Wow. This is really disconcerting. The FAA has recently given approval on the first, real flying car. While ultimately very cool, it is a little scary to think that tourists from various locations will be descending (quite literally) on Market Square. Being downtown all day, we get to see some of the most inept displays of vehicle operation one could possibly imagine.
You think backing into a light post is bad? How about getting hung up on the North Church Steeple? About the only good thing about this, that we were able to think of, would be the greater ease with which you could navigate all the downtown one-ways. Although, you have to ask, does this mean you get to zip over the EZ-Pass lanes on 95?

Portsmouth Finds its Soul...
The Flush: Funk & Fashion crew is taking over the Wet Bar (downstairs at The Page on Vaughn Mall) every Wednesday night this summer, and it's definitely gonna be a scene.
The will be DJ sets, live music, special guests and serious drink specials from New England based companies Hammer & Sickle Vodka, Peak Organic Brewing & Cabin Fever Spirits. There will also be weekly restaurant giveaways from Taste of the Seacoast.
Flush will also be featuring the work of a local photographer or artist each week on the flatscreens. Come down tonight to check out the work of Erik Ralston.
Doors are at 9:00. Be sure to get there tonight to pick up your free season pass! Regular cover will be $5.00.
